The staff here is friendly. Well, what do you expect? They have to be that way or they will lose their jobs. There's a wide selection of drinks - beer, wines, liquors - and great finger foods to pair. It's comfortable here and the atmosphere is really relaxing and heavenly. Oh well, they never called this place Shangri-La for any other reason.
